Review fit before accepting
Check the opportunity's state, customer type, activity and available information against your verified capability. Accept only when you can respond. If it is a poor fit, pass and select the reason that best describes the problem. Do not accept simply to retain access to the contact details.
Use the permitted contact channel
Review the consent and current opportunity status before outreach. A personal customer requesting an email connection has not granted permission for every other channel. Do not resell customer information, add the customer to unrelated marketing or continue contact after a stop request. Use support to report a withdrawal or sharing concern promptly.
Report what actually happened
Record when contact was attempted or completed and update the outcome when known. A quote, a conversation and a bound policy are different results. Record only the result supported by your actual work. If the customer is unreachable or no longer shopping, choose the appropriate outcome rather than leaving the opportunity unresolved.
Keep capacity realistic
Pause routing or reduce your cap when the team is unavailable. Watch the status and any expiry shown in the workspace; an unattended offer may expire or be escalated within the customer's sharing limits. Opportunities are not an unlimited entitlement to customer information.
For login problems, incorrect routing, a complaint or a privacy concern, use the support channel. LunarQuote can investigate the request, consent and referral history without asking you to edit database records.
This guide describes LunarQuote operating practices. Current agreements and workspace status govern your participation.
